Return & Refund Policy – Nootanki
At Nootanki, we work hard to make sure you vibe with your tribe in the most stylish way possible. But if you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how you can request a return.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will be automatically rejected.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Have all tags intact.
Be free from perfume, stains, or damage.
Not be part of any discounted/sale collection.
3. Return Charges
A flat ₹100 will be deducted as a return logistics & handling fee.
This charge is per return request and is non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process
✅ Step 1: Download and fill out our official Return Request Form
✅ Step 2: Fill in all mandatory details:
Full Name
Phone Number
Email ID
Complete Address
Bank Account Details:
Account Holder’s Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
Bank Name & Branch
✅ Step 3: Email the filled form to returns@wearnootanki.com
Once your request is verified, our team will schedule a pickup.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving and approving the returned product.
Refunds are made only via bank transfer using the account details provided.
No refunds will be issued via wallet, UPI, or any other modes.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not support exchanges.
For size or design changes, please place a new order after returning the item.
7. Nootanki Holds the Right To
Reject any return that does not meet eligibility criteria.
Deny refunds if the returned item is found used, damaged, or manipulated.
Permanently ban users in case of return policy abuse.
❓ FAQs – Nootanki Returns
Q1. Can I return a t-shirt I bought on sale?
No. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are non-returnable.
Q2. I lost the original tag/packaging. Can I still return?
Unfortunately, we require original tags and packaging. Without them, returns will be rejected.
Q3. Is the ₹100 return charge applicable even if I received a defective item?
No. If the product is defective or incorrect, the ₹100 charge will be waived after verification.
Please email clear images of the issue to returns@wearnootanki.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Q4. Can I get my refund via PayTM/Google Pay/UPI?
No. Refunds are only processed through bank transfers. Make sure your bank details are correct.
Q5. What if I don’t fill in the form completely?
Incomplete forms will result in delayed or rejected refunds.
Please ensure all fields are filled correctly.
